Answers to your most important questions
There really is no ideal company. We have companies of all sizes and shapes participating in the program, from start-ups to multi-billion dollar global organizations. We in fact encourage not-for-profits to join us at a discounted rate and give one in every ten programs away to a deserving organization.
That said, it is hugely helpful if you can gather senior level support in your organization such that employees feel encouraged to participate.
We can work with companies of any size. We have run this program in companies with as few as 10 employees.
With a large company, you might want to have more than one Wise@Work Communities, each with 1 to 2 Community Leaders. Organizations with 10 or more Communities are eligible for an enterprise program.
Community Leaders are an integral part of Wise@Work Communities. These internal mindfulness advocates help facilitate weekly meetings with their colleagues. Anyone can be a Community Leader, all it takes is a desire to foster mindfulness at your workplaces and a few minutes a week.
Check out testimonials below from past program participants. Program sponsors and Community Leaders alike talk about the deeper connection they feel with their teammates.
In a quantitative study we did with one organization, assessing resilience and mindfulness on scientifically validated scales pre- and post a three-month program participation, we found a 9% increase on both measurements.
This is a one-year program, meaning there is new content for weekly sessions for an entire year. Existing clients have continued offering the program after the one-year mark as new participants join and new employees get hired.
We offer discounts for an annual commitment but you can start the program with a three-month commitment.
