Making the Most of Mental Health Awareness Month

Making the Most of Mental Health Awareness Month

It’s time to re-think how businesses view wellbeing, and more importantly, how their efforts affect employees. There is no denying that the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has changed how we all work, but how can we apply the lessons from the past 2 years to the next 10 and avoid slipping back into old habits?

Join Wisdom Labs for a conversation with Deb Smolensky, SVP of Well-Being Engagement at NFP, exploring how companies can think creatively about employee wellbeing ahead of Mental Health Awareness Month.

In this interactive session, you will:

  • Understand the mental wellbeing spectrum and how it affects individuals and businesses
  • Explore how businesses view the current mental wellbeing crisis and how their response affects the workplace
  • Learn how successful firms are tackling the biggest challenges in benefits, retention, talent, and wellness and investing in the future of work
  • Discuss steps to improve how your company addresses mental wellbeing going forward
